December 2017 - We were recommended Balance Foods by a friend as we needed help hosting our work Christmas party at home. We chose from the canape menu. The food was delicious, very fresh and easy for me to serve. All our guests loved it and so did we.  From my first contact with Ashley, she was prompt, friendly and professional.  I would have not hesitation in recommending Ashley & Sandra and hope to have their help again for future events.

Balance Foods caters for various training sessions that I run with their wonderful sandwich/wrap platters. I have used a variety of catering services over the years and this is by far the best. The sandwiches/wraps are amazing! They are always 100% fresh and I get several comments at every session as to how delicious they are. On top of that, despite the fact that everyone digs in and goes back for more, we always have some left over due to the abundance of food we are supplied. The process for booking BF has always been super easy and the food has arrived on time, every time without fail. Couldn't be happier with this service and will continue to use them long in to the future. Thank you Balance Foods!

It was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. Sandy was responsive to all my emails, organised and efficient on the evening and cleaned up as she went. We were thrilled to arrive on holiday and find the leaflet for this local business. They were so helpful and arranged to deliver us an order a couple days later. Homemade, healthy and nutritious food... kids loved it as much as we did. Lasagne, enchiladas, veg frittata, beef madras with cauli rice. .. just delicious. Thanks guys a cracking business... now we just need you to open on the Sunny Coast - 5 star food, super professional and 5 star service �

I could not recommend Sandra from Balance Foods highly enough. So often the catering options at conferences leave you full, bloated, and tired or are lacking in flavour and have no substance to them. Everything about our catering from Balance Foods was the exact opposite!

Sandra helped fuel our days with a fantastic mix of options that helped us get the most out of our time together, while being absolutely delicious. She was super responsive to the initial inquiry, provided great recommendations and had great communication through out.
